Donna Somerville

Donna Somerville, beloved wife, mother, sister and aunt, was called home after a brave battle with cancer Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, where she will join those who have gone before her. She was born April 14, 1946, in Springdale, Ark., to parents Ivus Roles Somerville and Stanley Somerville. She graduated from Rogers High School with the Class of 1964. She is survived by her husband, Lonnie of the home in Winter Haven, Fla.; a daughter, Sabre Lynn Davis Mendoza and husband, John, of Ocala, Fla.; sister, Peggy McCarty of Rattan, Okla.; brother, Leslie Somerville and wife, Linda, of Rogers, Ark.; nieces, Sheryl McLaughlin of Clinton, Okla., Shelly Pinkston of Rattan, Okla.; nephews, Kent Houchen of Rattan, Okla., and Kip Somerville of Rogers, Ark.; as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews. After a brief memorial service, her ashes will be interred in Lake Tohopekalgia in Florida. In lieu of flowers and cards, the family respectfully requests that donations be made in her name to a cancer research foundation of donor's choice.
