Charles John Kadlowec

Charles John Kadlowec, 92, of Rogers, passed away Feb. 18, 2012, in Rogers. He was a Rogers resident since 1982 having previously lived in Bedford, Ohio. Charles was born Jan. 26, 1920, in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of Carl John and Lillian Housego Kadlowec. He was a retired tool and cutter grinder for Cleveland Pneumatic Tool Co. (now Goodrich Landing Gear Corp.) and served in the United States Army during World War II. Charles was a member of the Rogers American Legion Post 100 and VFW Post 3031. He is preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Adamson Kadlowec; brothers, Alois and Albert Kadlowec; sisters, Anne Wright and Arlene Sayers. He is survived by his children, Philip Kadlowec of Madison, Ohio, Brian Kadlowec of Twinsburg, Ohio, Noreen Bowen of Williamsburg, Va., and Gail Forshey of Scottsdale, Ariz.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Interment will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Solon, Ohio. Arrangements by Benton County Funeral Home, Rogers, Ark.
