Larry E. Simpson

Larry E. Simpson, 62, of Springdale, Ark. died Feb. 11, 2012 in Springdale. He was born April 22, 1949 in Fort Smith to James Luther and Edna Baert Simpson. He was owner/operator of Simpson Construction Company, a member of the Northwest Arkansas Homebuilders Association and was a former member of Goddard United Methodist Church in Fort Smith. He is survived by: his partner, Ellen White of the Home; one daughter, Sarah Simpson of Springdale; one son, Greg Simpson of Fort Smith; one sister Beverly Meadows of Fort Smith; and two grandchildren, Ashley and Blake Smrecker. Funeral service will be Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Oak Cemetery all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
