Gladys Marie Cary

Gladys Marie Cary, 80 of Springdale passed away Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born July 21, 1931, in Springdale to Fred and Lillian Bailey Weber. Gladys worked for Holland North Nursing Center for 20 years as a Nurse's Aid. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Jeanne Cary; two sisters, Pauline Dryer and Margaret Weathers; one brother, Richard Weber. Survivors include her husband of sixty two years, Bob Cary of the home; three daughters, Linda Thornburgh, Barbara Bowman and husband Frank and Bobbi Sue Bowman and husband Sam all of Springdale; one brother, Fred (Buddy) Weber of Rogers; one sister, Louise Cook of Springdale; eight grandchildren, Colbey Thornburgh, Kameron Thornburgh, Chris Thornburgh, Josh Thornburgh, Tyler Bowman, Bailey Bowman, Thomas Horn and Jon Bowman; three great grandchildren, Maddie Horn, Thomas Ethan Horn and Brycen Bowman. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Feb 15, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Rev. Charlie Foster officiating. Burial will be in Bluff Cemetery.
