Charles H. "Butch" Robinson, 61, of Springdale died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at Shiloh Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born March 12, 1950, in Fayetteville to Earl Joe and Rebecca Emily Suttle Robinson. Butch was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Springdale. He was employed by Bedford Camera and Video for many years, and also worked for the Springdale School District. He volunteered with the Arts Center of the Ozarks for many years. He is survived by four brothers, James Robinson and Martha of Springdale, Russell Robinson and Lori of Lowell, George Robinson and Vicki of Granbury, Texas, Jon Scott Robinson of Springdale; three sisters, Ruthann Couch and Jeff of Moore, Okla., Regina Hopper and Phil of Springdale, Angela Bonner of Rogers; and a devoted uncle to 16 nieces and nephews, and five great-nieces and -nephews. A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Audie Long officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Arts Center of the Ozarks, P.O. Box 725, Springdale, AR 72765.
