Roy Lee Drain

Roy Lee Drain, age 69, of Springdale died Dec. 19, 2012, at his home after a brave battle with cancer. He was born July 9, 1943, in Fayetteville, Ark., the son of Bill and Mae Jordan Drain. Mr. Drain served in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. He was of the Baptist faith, and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was preceded by his parents; one brother, Timmy Drain; one sister, Carolyn Bunch; and one daughter, Debbie Drain. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Drain of the home; two sons, Ronnie Drain of Springdale, and Myron Drain and his wife, Tonya, of Oklahoma; two daughters, Lisa Sparks of Oklahoma, and Beverly Draper and her husband, Don, of Springdale; two brothers, Bud Drain of Springdale and Robert Drain of Farmington; one sister, Betty Sargent of Farmington; and five grandchildren.
