Willie Palmer, 85, of Clarksville, died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011, at the Paris Health and Rehab., in Paris, Ark. Services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, at Roller-Cox Chapel, Clarksville, with burial in Annie's Chapel Cemetery. Reverend Vernon Bass will preside. Roller-Cox Funeal Home is in charge of services.
