A lawsuit filed Monday in federal court challenges the LEARNS Act and seeks to temporarily halt its implementation.
The complaint, filed in the Eastern District of Arkansas, calls the education overhaul an "unconstitutional law" that violates plaintiffs' rights under the First and 14th Amendments.
