Spotlight: Joyce Hale, assertive cake decorator, builds an adventurous life

She taught cake decorating classes to help put herself through college, won a Pillsbury Bake-Off contest in New York, and baked a cake to feed the whole town of Pea Ridge for a bicentennial celebration.
