RESTAURANT TRANSITIONS: Trio’s closes to put ducts in a row; tornado-damaged ventilation system needs repairs

Trio's, which only offered curbside food to-go for several months at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic, reopened its dining room in December 2020. The restaurant also closed for a couple of months following the March 31, 2023, tornado, and is currently shuttered while repairs proceed on lingering tornado damage to its ventilation system.

Nearly a year after the March 31 tornado that heavily damaged Trio's, in Pavilion in the Park, 8201 Cantrell Road in west Little Rock, they're still having to make significant repairs that have forced the restaurant to close for at least the next couple of weeks.
