SPRINGDALE -- The City Council on Tuesday approved a plan to participate in a safety study of railroad crossings in Springdale and in Fayetteville.
The council voted to approve a resolution agreeing to jointly administer a $576,000 grant from the federal Department of Transportation to do the study.
