The Cowgirl Up Trail Riders get ready for a ride Wednesday at Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area. The women riding group was started more than 20 years ago. They ride together once a week, weather permitting, the women said. Their ride on Wednesday was along the park's Hidden Diversity multi-use trail for horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking. "We usually ride for an hour or so, then have lunch along the trail, sometimes sitting on a log," said Carla Holland of Jane, Mo., with Cowgirl Up.
