Washington County committee OKs $4.8 million for emergency operations center

Money would come from federal covid-relief funding

FAYETTEVILLE -- County officials on Tuesday recommended spending about $4.8 million in federal covid-relief funds on a new emergency operations center.

The Quorum Court's Finance and Budget Committee voted to send the ordinance appropriating the money on to the full Quorum Court.
