LR man accused of drive-thru threat

North Little Rock police arrested a man Saturday morning after he was accused of threatening a McDonald's drive-thru worker with a knife, according to an arrest report.

Ronnie Gifford, 33, of Little Rock was arrested at 10:39 a.m. on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threatening, fleeing and public intoxication.

The report said that after the drive-thru encounter, the suspect walked south on Locust Street, locking the vehicle he had driven with a key fob as he walked away. Police confirmed that the vehicle was stolen.

Gifford was being held at the Pulaski County jail Monday night.

18-year-old shot in NLR, police say

Raymond Hudson, 18, was shot Sunday evening and was in critical condition at a local hospital Monday afternoon, according to a North Little Rock Police Department news release.

Officers responded to gunshots just before 8:15 p.m. at 617 W. 22nd St., according to the news release.

Detectives were investigating the incident and conducting interviews Monday.
