Harley dealer gets new owner

Hickingbotham Investments Inc. has bought the Old Fort Smith Harley-Davidson dealership, which will be renamed Fort Smith Harley-Davidson. The dealership will continue to offer sales, service and merchandise at its existing location, 6304 S. 36th St.

Baptist Health clinic to close

The Baptist Health Family Clinic on Gothic Ridge Road in Van Buren will close soon. Drs. Stephen Carney and Chans Nouansavane will see patients at the Baptist Health Family Clinic at 209 Pointer Trail West in Van Buren beginning Tuesday.

Baptist moves pediatric services

Baptist Health will move pediatric services to a clinic at 1500 Dodson Ave., Suite 260, inside Baptist Health Medical Plaza in Fort Smith. Dr. Raelene Mapes will begin seeing patients at this location Tuesday .

Center launches OWIT chapter

The World Trade Center Arkansas and the Organization of Women in International Trade have announced the formation a state chapter of the organization, which will focus on promoting bilateral trade and education for women and students in the state.

The group is a global association for women working in international trade and business. The center is part of the University of Arkansas and serves as the trade promotion arm for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.
