PARAGOULD -- The Eagles (6-4, 4-3 5A-East) squashed the Rams' (1-9, 1-6) effort to tie the game in double overtime, when Storm Harris intercepted a Paragould pass.
Junior kicker Reece Middleton scored Greene County Tech's only points during regulation, on field goals of 35 and 27 yards.
Paragould scored a touchdown in the fourth quarter, but a missed point-after attempt sent the game to overtime tied 6-6.
In the first overtime, Paragould scored first and kicked an extra point, taking a 13-6 lead.
Later that period, Greene County Tech senior David Williams ran 4 yards for a touchdown, and Middleton kicked the extra point to tie it at 13-13.
In the second overtime, Eagles junior Christian Barber threw a 10-yard touchdown pass to junior Payne Greer to go up 20-13.
