• Sergio Alejandro Martinez-Santacruz, 32, of 9675 Mulberry Lane in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with 8 counts of rape and 2 counts of sexual assault. Martinez-Santacruz was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Brianna Daniels, 21, of 2008 Kim Ave. was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Daniels was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
• Angela Whitehorn, 46, of 1707 Taylor Ave. was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drugs with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Whitehorn was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
Washington County Sheriff's Office
• Timothy Counts, 32, of 4057 Arkansas 7 South in Harrison was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing and resisting arrest. Counts was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
