Stacey Zimmerman, 4th Judicial District circuit judge, has been named Arkansas chairwoman of the National Association of Women Judges. She is the juvenile judge for Madison and Washington counties and was elected to the bench in November 1998. Since its formation in 1979, the National Association of Woman Judges has been dedicated to ensuring equal access to the courts for women.
