A reception before "An Evening With George Winston" at Wildwood Park for the Performing Arts on July 12 benefited Arkansas Food Bank.
Concertgoers were invited to donate canned goods and learn more about the food bank. The pianist also donated profits from his CDs and other merchandise sold during the evening.
At the reception in the South Lobby -- decorated to look like a pine forest -- and in the garden outside, guests enjoyed snacks and drinks including three signature drinks -- Vodka Verdigris, Gin to the Woods and Whiskey Wanderlust.
Arkansas Food Bank is the state's largest food bank and serves central and south Arkansas distributing food to a variety of programs, food pantries and summer feeding sites.
