Torchy's Tacos will open its second restaurant in Northwest Arkansas next week.
The Texas-based taco chain, located at 4950 W. Pauline Whitaker Pkwy, will officially open for business Dec. 18, according to a news release.
"We have been blown away by the positive response at our first Arkansas location in Fayetteville," said G.J. Hart, CEO of Torchy's Tacos. "As we continue to expand across the country, it's important to us that we sink our roots in each community and are thrilled to have the ability to open our second Arkansas store in Rogers."
The restaurant will celebrate the new location with free tacos, queso and drinks from 5 to 8 p.m. at a Dec. 16 grand opening party.
Torchy's Tacos began as a food truck in 2006 in Austin, Texas, according to the release.
The company has over 65 locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Arkansas.
