Steven Johnson, PA-C, has earned a doctor of medical science degree from the University of Lynchburg in Virginia. Johnson is a physician assistant at the Orthopedic Center at Northwest in Springdale. Johnson attended the Medical University of South Carolina at Charleston, S.C., and the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He holds membership in the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Arkansas Academy of Physician Assistants and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Adam Maass has joined Northwest Health. He is board certified in endocrinology. He has served as an adjunct clinical professor at University of Arkansas for Medicine Sciences. He earned his medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Ill., then completed a residency in internal medicine at University of Colorado School of Medicine at Aurora. He completed a fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at University of Indiana School of Medicine at Indianapolis. Maass is a member of the Board of the Arkansas chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Melanie Sutton, nurse practitioner, has been hired at Northwest Endocrinology. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Wichita State University and both her master's degree in nursing and her doctorate of nursing practice from University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Dr. Brent Witherington a board certified family medicine physician and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, has officially joined MANA Urgent Care Wedington. He has extensive experience in urgent care settings, as well as private practice as a family physician.
