Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Justin Robert Goodman, 29, of 591 S. Elm St. in Elm Springs was arrested Monday in connection with theft of property and unlawful transfer of stolen property to a pawn shop. Goodman was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Christine Nicole Harvey, 27, of 622 Nichols Road in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with theft of property. Harvey was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Devin Cole Harvey, 26, of 629 Madison County 2350 in Huntsville was arrested Monday in connection with forgery. Harvey was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• James Brendan Mulcare, 61, of 9417 Lori Lane in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault and domestic battering. Mulcare was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Vicky Lynn Bowerman, 50, of 3200 S.W. Wentworth Ave. in Bentonville was arrested Saturday in connection with theft of property. Bowerman was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

• James Arthur Jenkins, 40, of 103 E. Cheri Whitlock Drive in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Jenkins was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Tyler Treat, 27, of Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with theft by receiving. Treat was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.

• Edwardo Hernandez, 34, of 966 Plateau St. was arrested Saturday in connection with domestic battering. Hernandez was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.

University of Arkansas Police

• Demarcus Gist, 23, of 1556 E. Oaks Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with forgery. Gist was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
