SPRINGDALE -- The family-owned Azul Tequila will open a second location by the end of this month, owner Ricky Cortes said.
The family saw a need for good food and authentic Mexican dishes in other parts of Springdale, and the lack of restaurants along Interstate 49 led the family to choose its 4312 Elm Springs Road location. he said.
Mole con salmon will be a featured dish.
Hours of operation have not been set.
Cortes also owns the Bentonville Azul Tequila at 1000 S.E. Walton Blvd.
