After working for two decades in the Northwest Arkansas hospitality industry, Ian and Jean Cairns realized our burger scene was lacking. Six years ago now, they jumped at the opportunity to work for themselves, and began to create their own unique burger selection for their new restaurant, Angus Jack. They named it after Jean's late father, Jack, and went wild with all the deliciously different ways they could customize a burger.
