Lincoln woman pleads to drug charge

FAYETTEVILLE -- A Lincoln woman pleaded guilty to federal drug charges in Muskogee, Okla.

Amber Rae Kirk, 37, pleaded guilty to conspiring to possess and distribute methamphetamine between sometime in 2014 and January 2018, according to federal prosecutors.

Kirk faces 10 years to life and fines of up to $10 million, or both.

The Kimberly E. West, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, in Muskogee, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report. Numerous law enforcement agencies participated in the yearslong investigation.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Rob Wallace prosecuted the case.
