UPDATE:
The man who was barricaded inside the house surrendered and is in police custody.
EARLIER:
Rogers police are trying to urge a person who is barricaded in a house to come out and have already taken at least three people into custody.
"Leave the weapon inside and come out the front door with your hands up," a police officer said.
EARLIER:
Rogers police have blocked off streets near downtown in response to a person barricading himself or herself into a house.
Keith Foster, a spokesman for the Rogers Police Department, said police were trying to serve a warrant at 510 N. Third St.
The case is related to a aggravated assault investigation for a incident that happened Tuesday night.
The SWAT team and a negotiator are responding, Foster said.
