IZARD COUNTY 51, COTTER 44 Tanner Brooks scored 14 points as the Cougars (21-8, 10-0) defeated the Warriors in a 2A/1A-3 Conference game in Brockwell. Taylor Reynolds added 12 for Izard County. Cotter (22-6, 7-3) was led by Maddux Adams with 16 points and Landon Martin with 12.

MAMMOTH SPRING 51, SALEM 39 Brett Mayfield’s 17 points helped the Bears (16-6, 6-2) bounce the Greyhounds. Sagen Godwin added 11 points for Mammoth Spring.

RIVERSIDE 79, MANILA 74 Gavin Stone made eight three-pointers on his way to a game-high 40 points to lead visiting Riverside (21-6, 7-1) over Manila. The Rebels led 42-28 at halftime before holding off the Lions, who scored 46 second-half points. Brandon Overman scored 15 and John Milligan 10 for Riverside. Joel Burrow led Manila with 19 points. Conner Belew had 17, while Braden Woodall and Matthew May each scored 12.

STUTTGART 64, HELENA-WEST HELENA 28 Paced by 19 points from David Walker, the Ricebirds (10-2) cruised to a 4A-3A-10 Conference victory over the Cougars. Tim Johnson and DeWanje Hogan each added 13 points for Stuttgart, which limited Helena-West Helena to six points in the second half. David Johnson scored 15 for the Cougars.

GIRLS

CARLISLE 53, ABUNDANT LIFE 30 Behind 13 points from DeShaye Ricks and 10 from Kiara Miller, the Lady Bison (15-3) downed the Lady Owls (9-10) in Sherwood. Sadre Carrell scored 20 points for Abundant Life.

GLEN ROSE 46, GURDON 21 Holly Crutchfield scored 21 points as the Lady Beavers defeated the Lady Go-Devils. Christen Cooper added 16 points for Glen Rose, which held Gurdon to two points in the second half.

IZARD COUNTY 60, COTTER 52, OT The Lady Cougars rallied from a five-point fourth-quarter deficit to post a victory over the Lady Warriors in Brockwell. Junior Jen King led Izard County with 23 points while Sam King pitched in with 16. Izard County was 10 of 10 from the free-throw line during the overtime.

JASPER 61, ST. JOE 35 Molly Waters led the Lady Pirates (21-6, 6-0) with 15 points and Jasper scored 25 of the game’s final 29 points to rout the Lady Wildcats in a 2A/1A-2 Conference game. Sierra Johnson added 13 and Cassie Emerson and Leah Shellnut scored 10 each for Jasper. Madison Phillips scored 12 to lead St. Joe.

ROSE BUD 87, MOUNTAIN VIEW 79 Carissa Caples scored 23 for the Lady Ramblers in a 4A/3A-7 Conference game. Kaley Shipman’s 30 points led Mountain View.
