— Arkansas guard Daryl Macon is the SEC player of the week.

Macon scored 25 points and had 5 assists, 3 rebounds and 3 steals in the Razorbacks' 88-63 win over Troy on Saturday in North Little Rock. It was the third straight game in which he scored more than 20 points.

Macon, a senior, made 8 of 14 field goal attempts against Troy, including 5 of 9 attempts from 3-point range and was 4-of-4 from the free throw line.

It is the second time Macon has won the SEC award in his two years with the Razorbacks. He is the first Arkansas player to earn the honor this season.
