A 92-year-old Springfield man died Tuesday from injuries suffered in a one-vehicle wreck in Conway County, Arkansas State Police said.
James Palmer of Springfield was driving north in the 300 block of South Van Buren Street in Plumerville when his 2003 Chevrolet truck left the roadway, hit a concrete manhole structure and overturned, state police reported. The crash occurred at 11:59 a.m. Tuesday.
Palmer was transported to CHI St. Vincent Morrilton, where he died, according to state police.
Conditions were clear and the road was dry at the time of the wreck, state police reported.
