Allyson Elizabeth Brewer Pittman and Ryan Mitchell Gattin were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, in a candlelight ceremony at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church. The Rev. Britt Skarda officiated.

Parents of the bride are Stacy Allyson Sells and Floyd Lee Pittman III, both of Little Rock, and the late Timothy D. Brewer. Her grandparents are Georgia and Robert Kenneth Sells of Little Rock, Gail Pittman of DeWitt and Madene and the late Elwyn Brewer of Enola.

Sandy and Thomas Mitchell Gattin of Hot Springs are the parents of the groom. He is the grandson of the late Margaret and Leroy Gattin of Benton and the late Eloise and Warren Sugg of Mabelvale.

Arrangements of white hydrangeas, blush oriental lilies and white stock were at the church entrance. Nuptial music was by cellist Rafael Leon and pianist James Maase.

Escorted by Floyd Pittman, the bride wore an ivory A-line gown with a lace overlay. She carried a clutch of white hydrangeas, blush garden roses, white ranunculus and pale pink bouvardia. A charm featuring the bride's late father was tied to the bouquet.

Maid of honor was Anna-Lee Elizabeth Owens Pittman of Little Rock, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Emily Sweeney of Fort Worth, cousin of the bride; Hannah Vargon of St. Louis; Hillary Downs of Springfield, Mo.; Lindsey Shindler of Tallahassee, Fla.; Esther Wills of Fayetteville; and Rachel Arnold of Little Rock. They wore midnight blue chiffon gowns and carried small clutch bouquets of white hydrangeas and lisianthus.

Flower girl and ring bearer were Avery Abernathy of Jackson, Tenn., and Spencer Pittman of Little Rock, cousins of the bride.

Brock Crawley of Arkadelphia was best man. Groomsmen were Alan Greenwood of Little Rock; Spencer Lucker of Washington; Richard Tracy of Frisco, Texas; Nathan O'Neal of Hope; Sgt. 1st Class Ronnie Bowden of Manhattan, Kan.; and Jordan Anthony of Hot Springs. Guests were seated by Evan Gattin of Hot Springs and Bryce Gattin of Benton, cousins of the groom; Layne Curtis Ballew of DeWitt and Logan Michael Ballew of Fayetteville, cousins of the bride.

A reception at the Junior League of Little Rock building followed the ceremony. Tables covered in navy linens held arrangements of white hydrangeas, pale pink and blush lilies, white lisianthus and pale pink bouvardia.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in strategic communications from the University of Missouri School of Journalism. She is director of communications and marketing at Arkansas Repertory Theatre.

The groom is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in financial management and investments. He is a financial analyst at Bank of the Ozarks.

After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple will live in Little Rock.
