A 9-month-old from Springdale was killed Sunday in a single-vehicle wreck in Madison County, according to a fatal crash report from the Arkansas State Police.
Elisha Vanhoose was killed when the vehicle she was in went off a road on Arkansas 16 near Crosses, according to the report. Hannah Bryan and Skylar Bryan were injured, the report said.
