Kenneth Carmical checks his fishing rods Tuesday while fishing for trout at Lake Atalanta in Rogers. Carmical had one trout on his stringer on Christmas afternoon. He said trout fishing is good at the lake this winter. The best bait is Power Bait and the top lures are spoons, he said.
