Howard Clinton Abner, age 69, of Elkins, Arkansas joined the Lord on Friday, October 12th, 2018. Howard was born October 27th, 1948. Howard is survived by his wife of 43 years Jody and his children, Chris, Chayanna, Kristen and Julie as well as several Nieces and Nephews.
