Troy DeWayne Kilpatrick

Troy DeWayne Kilpatrick, age 57, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed from this life on May 12, 2017 in Fayetteville. He was born December 18, 1959 in Fayetteville to Troy Lee and Velma Evelyn Kilpatrick. He is preceded in death by his parents. DeWayne is survived by his fiance'e, Jessica Stockton of Fayetteville; his brother, Eddie Kilpatrick and wife Leslie of Seneca, Missouri; his nieces, Ashley Payne and husband Joe of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and Jessica Kilpatrick also of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. DeWayne worked with his father for many years as a painter. He also worked in carpentry, masonry and all sorts of construction. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping and hiking the Ozark Highland Trail and water sports. He had a passion for playing the drums, listening to music and drawing. Dewayne cherished his family and adored his dog, Dakota. DeWayne will be truly missed by close family, friends and acquaintances. We will all cherish the many memories. He was truly a bright light in a dim world. Graveside services will be held at Baptist Ford Cemetery at 12 noon on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Baptist Ford Cemetery, Greenland, Arkansas.
