Gregory David Mashburn, 61, Fayetteville, died October 23, 2016. He was born May 18, 1955 in Fayetteville to Dr. James Dean and Mary Ann (Boling) Mashburn. He is survived by two children, two sisters, three brothers, and an ex-wife. Arrangements are entrusted to Westfield Chapel Funeral Home, Springdale, Arkansas.
