Leonard "Jack" Taylor, 82, of Rogers, Ark., passed away, Friday, Nov. 4, 2016 at Shiloh Nursing and Rehab in Springdale, Ark. Jack was born Oct. 29, 1934 in Mammoth Spring, Ark., to Walter and Ora Taylor. Jack was a lifetime resident and builder in Northwest Arkansas and was a wonderful, tireless provider for his family. He and his wife, Flossie, enjoyed many joyful years of playing music in church and dancing every chance they got, winning many dance contests. Jack loved the Lord with all his being. He taught his children the value of charity, to love others, to love family, to love Jesus and was a hero to his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; several siblings; his eldest son, Jackie Vaudrey Taylor in 2015 and three grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Flossie Taylor; two children, Aubrey Kent Taylor and Trecia Deniece McClain; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be at Noon, Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel in Rogers with burial following in Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery.
