Effie McNelly

Effie McNelly 70 of Bentonville passed away June 11, 2016 in Bentonville. She was born July 4, 1945 in California the daughter of James Levi and Myrtle Lee Wilbanks Herriage. Effie was a homemaker and a member of Harbor of Praise Church in Bentonville. She is survived by her husband Francis "Mac" McNelly of the home; her daughter Sheila Kay McNelly Harrison and husband Raymond of Bentonville; five sisters, Deloris, Shirley, Jeanie, Dolly and Louise; four brothers, Jimmy, Billy, Biggy and Bobby; two grandchildren, Chynna Barlow and Tanner McNelly; three great-grandchildren, Utayveian, Xaylan and Ava; seven sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services 2 p.m. Wednesday; June 15, 2016 at Harbor of Praise Church with Pastor Roy Roughton officiating. Visitation: 6 to 8: p.m. Tuesday at Harbor of Praise.
