Karen Lynn Robbins passed away on July 10, 2016 in Springdale, Arkansas due to complications following liver cancer. She was 63. Ms. Robbins was born on June 27, 1953, in Truman, Arkansas to her parents, Madima Deem and James Heathcock. They moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1959. She graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1971. She was a Yellow Dog Democrat driven by her passion for God, family (especially her five grandchildren), country, the city of Fayetteville and her dog Ruby Lucille. Ms. Robbins is survived by her brother, James "Chip" Healthcock of Las Cruces, N.M., two daughters, Wendy and her husband Michael Clanton of Fayetteville, Ark., Mariah Robbins and her significant other Chris Blackburn of Fayetteville, Ark. and five grandchildren, Susan Gilbert, Haley Clanton, Erika Clanton, Michael Robbins and Maya Robbins. A memorial to celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday, July 13 at 2:00pm on the White River in Crosses, Ark. down Madison County Rd. 5430: her friends wanting to attend are welcome to join. Arrangements by Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
