Marian Joyce Falleur Watson, 86, of Fort Smith, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016. She was born January 22, 1930 in Shreveport, La. to the late Oscar and Frances Falleur. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church. She was a retired Legal Secretary from Prior, Smith, Barry, & Alford having worked with them for 25 years. She suffered with Alzheimer's for the last 11 years. Marian was a faithful and caring wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, niece, aunt, and friend. Even during her infirmity with Alzheimer's for the past 10 years, she carried herself with grace, dignity, kindness, and charity toward others. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Warren Watson, her sister, Ann Vannoy, and her brother, Jerry Falleur. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, February 25, 2016 at St. Boniface Catholic Church with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Fort Smith. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary. Marian is survived by five children; Larry Watson of Tulsa, Okla., Sharon Ginger and her husband Bill of Ft. Smith, Jim Watson and his wife Jane of Barling, Margaret Sexton and her husband John P. of Ft. Smith, and Lee Watson and his wife Kathy of Ft. Smith, 11 Grandchildren; Shauna M. Ginger of Portland, Ore., Malia J. Putman of Bentonville, Captain William J. Ginger of Bentonville, Jessica L. Ginger Bentonville, Andrew John Sexton of Fayetteville, Benjamin Patrick Sexton of Fayetteville, Keith Joseph Sexton of Fayetteville, Travis James Watson of Ft. Smith, Tracy Ryan Watson of Conway, Zane Robert Watson of Ft. Smith, Pierce David Watson of Ft. Smith, five great-grandchildren; Skyler Putman, Jayden Putman, Luke Sexton, Jude Sexton, and Caden Wieties, her sister June Laws of Pocatello, Idaho, two brothers; Joe Falleur of Muldrow, Okla. and Ed Falleur and his wife Carleen of Muskogee, Okla. Pallbearers will be Bill Ginger, J.P. Sexton, Andrew Sexton, William James Ginger, Ben Sexton, Travis Watson, Keith Sexton, Tracy Watson, and Zane Watson.
