Clay L. Harvey

Clay Leroy Harvey, 70, of Garfield passed away on Feb. 19, 2016 at Highlands rehab center in Rogers. He was born April 9, 1945 in Prairie Grove to Harrison and Hattie Christine Harvey. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Belinda Lou Jarrett and Doris Gayle Landis. Clay is survived by his wife, Marlene; two siblings, Harrison ‘Guy' Harvey of Pharoah OK, and Marsha Ward and husband Oliver of Rogers; four children, Stephanie, Tiffany, Stephen, and Paula; and several grandchildren. Clay grew up in Winslow and Rogers. He was a kind loving man, and never passed up an opportunity to give people a hard time and make them laugh. He will truly be missed.
