Frances Kaye Root, 76, died September 1, 2015 at home in Flowery Branch, Georgia. She is survived by her husband, Jon Root; her sister, Ann Young, daughters; Stacy (Rick) Seaton, Jefferson City, Missouri; Joni Collins of Little Rock, Arkansas; Lori (Reg) Griffin of Atlanta, Georgia; seven grandchildren & six great-grandchildren.
