Junior Ray Kilpatrick, 70, of West Fork, died Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. He was born March 15, 1945 in Fayetteville to Lewis Ray and Bertha Mae (Doss) Kilpatrick. Junior was the drummer with the band, Dewey and the Dew Drops. He enjoyed painting homes, collecting model classic cars, fishing and car rides with his daughter, Dana. He worked with the University of Arkansas Athletic Department for 21 years, and was a member of the NRA and the Elkins Full Gospel Church. He loved his girls, loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann (Riley) Kilpatrick whom he married October 6, 1968; three daughters, Dana Soules and husband Tim of Bella Vista, Karla Hall and husband Anthony of Prairie Grove, Michelle Prichard and husband Jimmy of Wesley; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 2, at Elkins Full Gospel Church. Interment will be at Baptist Ford Cemetery.
