Phyllis Kay Laughlin

Phyllis Kay Laughlin, 79, passed away on September 23, 2015. She is survived by her son; Philip (Rhonda) Laughlin of Rogers, grandson, Dallas and brothers, Ben (Carlyn) Bassham of Kent, Ohio and William (Donna) Bassham of Pea Ridge. Her memorial service will be on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 11 a.m. in the First Presbyterian Church in Rogers. Reverend Jerry Rice will be presiding.
