Cody Olguin, 26, of Pea Ridge, died May 28 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. Service is set for 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 2 at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Pea Ridge. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Visitation will 5-7 p.m., June 1 at the funeral home.
