Ina R. Neil

Ina R. Neil, 93, and a longtime resident of Lowell passed away Thursday, June 04, 2015 at Circle of Life Hospice House in Springdale after a brief illness. She was born October 7, 1921, in Vilas, Colorado to Rev. W.E. Bland and Elba King Bland. She was preceded in death by: her parents, and husband Hubert Neil, and more recently by brothers; Kenneth, Royce, and Dale Bland. Ina is survived by: three brothers; Denver Bland, Rex Bland, both of Wichita, Kansas, Gene Bland of Rogers, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, June 8th from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Lowell. Funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Gary Thomas and Rev. Ben Rowell officiating.
