George Afton Clark

George Afton Clark, 82, of Gentry, passed from this life July 17, 2015, in Fayetteville. He was born Jan. 13, 1933, in Robinson, Ark. to Elary and Esther Hendrickson Clark. George is preceded in death by his parents and six brothers, Carl, Homer, James, Leonard, Hugh and Gary Clark. George's memory will be cherished by his sons, Kevin Clark and wife, Teresa of Gentry; George Alan Clark and wife, Catherine of Stillwater, Okla.; a sister, Nancy Lee and her husband, Wayne of Huntsville; one granddaughter, Kasey Clark; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday July 26 at the Robinson Community Building in Benton County with a potluck immediately following.
