Ben Hale, age 84, of Farmington, died Monday, January 12, 2015 in Fayetteville. He was born September 24, 1930 in Fluvanna, Texas, the son of William Jesse and Ara Beaver Hale. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Frances Ratliff Hale in 2008. He was a retired truck driver for Wal-Mart and was former owner of Ben's Kitchen and Pancake House in Fayetteville. He was a member of Shiloh Community Church in Fayetteville and the Farmington Masonic Lodge. He was a member of the McDonald's Coffee Shop in Farmington. He is survived by six daughters, Teresa Landon and her husband Don of Winslow, Rebecca Hale of Fayetteville, Toni Brown and her husband Tony of Farmington, Lisa Reed and her husband John of Tontitown, Cynthia Hale and her husband Clark of Texas and Paula Kinion and her husband Gary of Farmington; two sons, Bill Hale of Nevada and David Hale and his wife Camille of Fayetteville; a brother, William Hale of California; a sister-in-law, Pat Hale of California; 17 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Shiloh Community Church under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
