Velma Ella Dale Spears

Velma Ella Dale Spears, 101, of Gravette, Ark., passed away on Jan. 8, 2015, at Ashley Care Center in Rogers, Ark. She was born on Sept. 19, 1913, in Rogers, Ark., to Leonard and Bessie (Woods) Wright. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, William and Ella Wright; husbands, Glenn Dale and Leon Spears; and one son, Glenn Dale Jr. She is survived by Mary Ellen Deckard of Bella Vista, Ark., Robert Dale of Bentonville, Ark., Ruth and Jerry Cozad of Bella Vista, Ark.; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Services will be held at the Presbyterian Church of Bella Vista on Jan. 17, 2015, at 1 p.m. Arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark.
