Carolyn Jean Smith

Carolyn Jean Smith, 66, of Elm Springs passed away Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, at her home. She was born Aug. 25, 1948, in Springdale, Ark., to Willie and Mildred Wilson Greenlee. Carolyn was a homemaker. She was a member of Elm Springs Assembly of God. She loved to paint, read and she was active in her church. She was preceded in death by her brother, Joe Dale Greenlee. Survivors include her husband, Harvey Smith of the home; one son, Toby Smith and wife, Michelle, of Kansas City, Mo.; one daughter, Tina Frye and husband, Rocky, of Tontitown; one brother, Dennis Greenlee of Lowell; one sister, Linda Yeakley of Elm Springs; four grandchildren, Katie Cooan, Hannah Frye, Dalton Frye and Dusty Frye. Funeral services Monday, Sept. 29, 2014, at 10 a.m. at Elm Springs Assembly of God, with the Rev. Glenn Trusty officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Springs Cemetery.
