Amy Joann Jordan

Amy Joann Jordan, 37, of Rogers died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. She was born Nov. 1, 1976, at Fayetteville to Kenneth Wayne Jordan and Rosa Paulette Jacobs Jordan. She enjoyed playing games on the computer, singing and listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Church of Christ, and is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Paul and Ruth Jacobs; and one niece, Raquel White. Survivors are her parents of Bentonville; four children, Allie Marie Holle, Adrian Leighanne Holle, Dale Wayne Holle Jr. and Dustin Keith Holle; one brother, Lee Oliver Jordan of Pea Ridge; two sisters, Dawn Ann Jordan of Lowell, and Hope Annette White and husband, Brian, of Pea Ridge; her paternal grandparents, Kenneth H. Jordan and Reba Jordan of Rogers; two nieces, Samantha Jordan and Crystal Farish; one nephew, Brycen White; her special friend, Randy Moncibaiz; and many friends and loved ones. Cremation arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home, Pea Ridge. A memorial service is set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at Pea Ridge Church of Christ.
